We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong design and problem-solving skills to support the development of our automation department . Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical structures and prepare drawings for product assembly equipment, ensuring feasible and cost-effective solutions.
- Create part and assembly drawings using CAD software and provide technical support during sampling, trial production, and mass production while resolving on-site mechanical issues.
- Support procurement with component selection, supplier inquiries, and technical communication to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Prepare design documentation and technical files, and support project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related majors.
- 1–3 years relevant working experience.
- Software Proficiency Skilled in mainstream mechanical design software including SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR and Creo.
- Able to independently complete mechanical design, 3D modeling, assembly and 2D drafting, with good knowledge of design standards.
- Professional Background Familiar with structure design of wire harnesses and connectors.
- Knowledgeable in machining processes (turning, milling, grinding, stamping), material properties and surface treatment; able to optimize designs for lower production costs.
- Prior experience in mechanical design for AI product assembly & testing automation equipment is preferred.
