Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical/Structural Design, Antenna Theory, or RF Electronics/Firmware.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
- Recognized subject matter expert in your discipline (e.g., structural mechanics).
- Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Beneficial to have experience with MATLAB, Python, FEKO, HFSS, CST, or similar simulation and analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence.
- Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity.
- Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development.
- Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives.
- Drive research, process improvement, and intellectual property generation.
