Connectalents is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.
Job Role
- Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems on site.
- Review mechanical drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare technical reports.
- Support testing and commissioning activities before project handover.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Experience in site supervision, technical coordination, and reviewing shop drawings.
- Good understanding of construction codes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English
