🔌 🚨 We're Hiring | MEP Site Engineer – Maintenance
We are seeking a qualified MEP Site Engineer to join our team.
📍 Industry: Real Estate
📍 Location: Egypt
Requirements:
🔷 Previous experience in Real Estate companies is a must.
🔷 Hands-on experience in site operations and facilities management.
🔷 Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of water pump control panels.
🔷 Experience in maintenance of electrical distribution panels, control panels, and transformers.
🔷 Experience in electrical infrastructure works and power network maintenance.
🔷 Experience in water networks, piping systems, and their operation and maintenance activities.
🔷Ability to read electrical drawings, diagnose faults, and prepare technical reports.
🔷 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations — preferably in large-scale real estate or coastal/resort projects
