The Innovation Solutions team is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support Services Transformation through the development and maintenance of Vision, an AI-enabled automated testing tool for Dayforce.
This role will focus on configuring AI prompts, building and modifying automated test steps, analyzing test results, and improving Vision’s ability to complete testing across Dayforce areas such as entitlements, forms, payroll, and other product workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, create, and maintain AI prompts and automated test steps in Vision.
- Develop and modify test cases for Dayforce workflows, including entitlements, forms, payroll, employee data, and configuration scenarios.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and task completion.
- Review automated test results, identify issues, and refine prompts, workflows, or test logic.
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of Vision.
- Analyze AI performance, test outcomes, and user feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and business partners to gather requirements and define testing needs.
- Translate Dayforce business processes into clear test scenarios, prompts, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain documentation for prompts, test cases, workflows, issues, and process changes.
- Support process improvements, reporting, and recommendations that improve automation quality and scalability.
- Ensure AI tools and testing workflows follow internal privacy, security, and compliance standards. Strong SQL Skills
Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expert in multiple Dayforce modules with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as Cerebro, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with prompt engineering and creating prompts that guide AI tools to complete business or testing tasks.
- Experience creating, validating, or maintaining test cases, workflows, or business process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand Dayforce business processes and translate them into clear test scenarios, prompts, and technical requirements.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience configuring Dayforce environments.
- Experience with Dayforce implementation or VAS.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Git, cloud platforms, or automation tools.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
- French language skills are an asset.
