We’re hiring an experienced Master Painter to run residential paint jobs from prep to final coat at a level that doesn’t need a second set of eyes.
What you’ll do
-Run interior and exterior residential paint jobs start to finish — prep, masking, priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying
-Deliver fine-finish work on cabinets, trim, doors, and custom millwork
-Color-match, mix, and troubleshoot adhesion, coverage, and sheen issues
-Estimate materials accurately and keep waste low. Set the quality standard for the crew
What we’re looking for
-8+ years of professional painting experience
-Expert with brush, roller, and HVLP/airless sprayer
-Strong knowledge of coatings and substrates
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Takes full ownership of finish quality
