Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate assigned marketplace accounts and channels efficiently.
- Handle the full order cycle from receiving orders to delivery and proper closure through Odoo and marketplace platforms.
- Review product data, pricing, discounts, payment methods, and shipping details before processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding approvals, exceptions, and operational requirements.
- Resolve order-related issues and ensure accurate documentation and case closure.
- Update product listings, inventory, pricing, content, images, and categories across platforms.
- Execute approved promotions and campaigns while monitoring stock availability and pricing accuracy.
- Monitor account health, operational alerts, and prepare daily operational reports.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon order management, product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and account health.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
