- Cashback mechanics
- Pop-ups
- CRM channels: SMS, WhatsApp (WA), Push notifications
- Top listing & ranking optimization
What you do:
- Run continuous experiments (A/B tests) on offers, pricing, and UX
- Improve conversion rate (view → order)
- Increase AOV through combos & incentives
- Optimize user nudges (timing, messaging, placement)
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and fix leaks
- Launch and manage campaigns tied to revenue
KPIs you own:
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Revenue per order
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Campaign ROI
- Repeat purchase rate
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in growth / product / performance
- Strong analytical mindset (Metabase or similar)
- Experience in marketplaces / food / e-commerce is a plus
- Based in KSA preferred
