TANIT is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to help structure, manage, and improve the way our marketing department works.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys project management, file organization, process building, and making sure everything is clear, documented, and easy for the team to follow.
Your main mission will be to help the marketing team stay organized, aligned, and efficient across projects, files, tasks, and internal processes.
What you’ll be working on:
- Organizing marketing projects
- Following up on tasks, deadlines, and team progress
- Organizing files and folders in SharePoint
- Helping structure Asana boards and project workflows
- Preparing and documenting SOPs
- Making sure briefs, resources, and documents are easy to find
- Supporting the team with internal coordination
- Helping improve communication between departments
- Making sure projects move forward smoothly and on time
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and structured
- Comfortable with project management tools like Asana
- Good at organizing files, documents, and internal systems
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Proactive and able to follow up without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable working with different departments
- Strong in communication and coordination
- Fluent in French; English is a strong plus
- Interested in marketing operations, systems, and process improvement
Profile:
- Junior profile (recent graduate or with initial professional experience)
- Eligible for CIVP (Contrat d'Initiation à la Vie Professionnelle)
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to improving marketing operations
