Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Officer based in Tanzania, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role will involve supporting sales efforts through strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends and consumer behavior
- Strong Marketing and Sales skills to drive business growth
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and experience managing campaigns across various platforms
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
