We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization.
This is a strategic leadership role for a marketing professional who can drive product growth, maximize market opportunities, and lead successful product lifecycle management in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing product marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives
• Analyzing market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Leading and implementing integrated promotional campaigns across multiple channels
• Ensuring all marketing materials comply with medical, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Managing the complete product lifecycle, including product launches, portfolio optimization, and updates
• Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and organizing scientific activities
• Training and supporting sales teams on product positioning, messaging, and strategies
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI)
• Contributing to sales forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior marketing team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business
• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong marketing, brand management, and strategic planning capabilities
• Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and business planning
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and execution abilities
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development
• Good command of English
