Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Manage advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in developing project positioning, branding strategies, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, branding, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software/tools.
