What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (content, social, paid, SEO/SEM)
- Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns across client accounts
- Set KPIs, track performance, and report ROI to clients and leadership
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Stay ahead of trends across social, paid media, SEO, and marketing automation
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients — build trust and grow accounts
What we're looking for
- [5]+ years in digital marketing, with [2]+ years managing a team
- Proven track record running successful campaigns across paid, organic, and social
- Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable turning analytics into decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills
- Agency experience is a strong plus
