Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Nasr City. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the education sector and will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving student enrollment leads, and supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage both digital and traditional marketing channels, oversee a team, and work closely with admissions and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with enrollment targets and business goals.
- Define target audience segments (parents, students, corporate clients, schools) and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and parent/student behavior in Greater Cairo, with a focus on Nasr City and surrounding areas.
- Set marketing KPIs (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, brand awareness metrics) and track performance.
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing), print (brochures, flyers), outdoor (billboards), and events (open days, education fairs, school visits).
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and campaign feedback loops.
- Manage seasonal campaigns (e.g., back-to-school, summer programs, exam results periods).
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for lead generation and user experience (mobile-friendly, fast, clear CTAs).
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging content showcasing student success, campus life, and academic achievements.
- Produce high-quality content: success stories, parent testimonials, faculty interviews, virtual tours, FAQs.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) targeting local audiences in Cairo.
- Measure and report on digital campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data.
Brand Management & PR
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, social media, printed materials, campus signage).
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, education bloggers, influencers, and community organizations.
- Manage press releases, school ranking submissions, and award applications.
- Organize and promote on-campus and off-campus events (open days, parent workshops, graduation ceremonies).
Team Leadership & Budgeting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team (graphic designers, social media specialists, content writers).
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media buying, PR) as needed.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance (leads generated, CAC, ROAS, website traffic, conversion funnels).
- Use insights to optimize campaigns and recommend new growth opportunities.
- Maintain customer/marketing data integrity within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the education industry (schools, universities, training centers, EdTech) is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (both required).
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Local knowledge of Nasr City and Cairo’s education market is a strong advantage.
Work Environment
- Full-time onsite at our Nasr City headquarters/admissions center.
- Standard working hours: Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with occasional evening or weekend work for events and open days.
