Role Purpose

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing brand, communications, and campaign initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to marketing operations, digital content creation, campaign coordination, event support, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Completed qualification in: Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Digital Media or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign & Brand Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support content planning and scheduling across digital platforms.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research.

Digital & Social Media:

  • Draft social media posts and assist with content calendars.
  • Support basic graphic design where required.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare summary reports.
  • Assist with website content updates.

Events & Activations:

  • Support logistics for events, launches, and activations.
  • Assist with supplier coordination and internal communications.
  • Capture content (photos/videos) for digital use.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain marketing trackers and databases.
  • Assist with compiling monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
