Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement the firm’s marketing strategy
Increase brand awareness and market presence
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage the firm’s website and social media platforms
Create and publish marketing content, including newsletters, articles, and promotional material
Implement email marketing and digital campaigns
Monitor and report on website, social media, and campaign performance
Business Development Support
Assist with lead generation initiatives
Coordinate networking events, seminars, webinars, and client engagement activities
Identify opportunities to promote the firm’s services
Reporting & Administration
Track marketing performance and ROI
Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations
Maintain accurate marketing records and databases
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience
Experience in professional services marketing is advantageous
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
Strong networking, business development, and project management abilities.
Valid driver’s licence
