Purpose:
This role combines creativity, execution, and analytics across the innovative OneKloudX brand.
You’ll take ownership of bringing marketing and communication activities to life across both brands.
In this role, you’ll bring together content creation, digital marketing, CRM management, events, and light design – turning strategy into action.
You’ll be the connector between planning and delivery, ensuring every campaign, event, and brand touchpoint is consistent, engaging, and measurable.
You’ll also keep a close eye on performance, analysing results and using data to refine what works, report impact, and drive smarter marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Content & campaign execution
- Plan, write, and publish content across LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and email automation.
- Translate strategic directions into high-quality posts, blogs, announcements, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure delivery across digital channels.
- Support event marketing (Lunch & Learns, webinars, etc.) from invites to post-event follow-up.
2. Website & digital presence
- Maintain and update both brand websites (copy, visuals, landing pages).
- Coordinate SEO and content updates to align with ongoing campaigns.
- Manage homepage banners and campaign pages with the web team.
3. CRM & automation
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations (lead tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene).
- Build and deploy email workflows and campaign sequences (Sugar Market/Sell).
- Analyse and report on engagement metrics and campaign outcomes.
4. Visual content & light design
- Create and adapt visuals for social posts, newsletters, and internal collateral using Canva (and basic Figma).
- Design event and campaign banners, presentation covers, and basic motion visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets.
5. Collaboration & reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure message alignment and creative consistency.
- Provide weekly status updates and contribute to marketing dashboards.
- Support the implementation of new marketing tools or processes when needed.
Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital content.
- B2B or business technology background – ideally within ERP or WMS software, SaaS, or service-based companies (strongly preferred).
- Experience managing digital channels – including social media, paid campaigns, and website content.
- Confident using CMS platforms for website updates and content management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
- Skilled in simple design tools (e.g., Canva) to produce clean, professional visuals.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and performance measurement capability.
