ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution. You’ll own both digital and local marketing initiatives across our growing network of pediatric dental practices — helping improve online visibility, patient engagement, and overall brand performance.
Day-to-day, you’ll be running keyword research, managing paid and organic search campaigns, maintaining practice websites on Webflow, and keeping Google Business Profiles sharp across multiple locations. This isn’t a task-completion role — we want someone who wants to understand why something is or isn’t working and act on it.
This is a hybrid position combining remote work, in-office collaboration, and regular travel to local practices throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Optimization & Paid Search
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs to identify ranking opportunities and inform content strategy
- Perform on-page SEO updates and support structural site improvements
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search and local campaigns across multiple practice locations
- Monitor and optimize paid search performance — adjusting bids, ad copy, and targeting based on data
- Assist with citation building and directory listings to strengthen local SEO
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and update practice websites using Webflow, including copy updates, page structure, and performance improvements
- Create and publish content for web pages, landing pages, and location-specific practice pages
- Draft Google Business Profile posts, manage Q&A, and develop a consistent GBP content calendar across all locations
- Write and schedule review response content to support patient engagement and online reputation
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics across SEO, paid search, and GBP performance
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear takeaways and recommended actions
- Conduct competitive research and identify gaps or opportunities in local search presence
Multi-Location Coordination
- Manage and maintain consistent brand standards and marketing assets across all practice locations
- Coordinate location-specific campaigns, ensuring each practice has accurate, optimized, and up-to-date digital presence
- Travel to local offices as needed to support in-person marketing initiatives and build relationships with practice teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or paid search (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads — campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Experience with Google Business Profiles and local SEO best practices
- Ability to create and update web content — Webflow experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to draw conclusions and make decisions
- Excellent written communication skills — you can write clearly for both web copy and professional correspondence
- Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines across multiple locations
- Must be local to the Cincinnati area
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local practice visits
