Marketing Assistant (AI & Ads Support) – Remote (Freelance, Long-Term)
We’re a growing UK-based marketing agency working with 60+ active clients in the renewable energy space, and we’re looking for a proactive, AI-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team on a long-term freelance basis.
This is a hands-on support role across ad creatives, ad account management, CRM systems, and AI tools. You’ll be working closely with our core team to help execute campaigns efficiently and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern AI tools to move quickly and improve output.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating ad creatives using AI tools (primarily Higgsfield, alongside other tools where needed)
- Supporting ad account setup, management, and organisation (primarily Meta Ads)
- Assisting with campaign launches, updates, and performance tracking
- Working inside GoHighLevel (CRM) to support lead flow, pipelines, and automations
- Supporting with website updates and basic edits (landing pages, forms, etc.)
- Using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to assist with marketing tasks and workflows
- Helping maintain organisation across campaigns, assets, and accounts
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager (or other ad platforms)
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- Ability to follow processes and execute tasks accurately
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
Nice to Have (but not essential):
- Experience using Higgsfield or other AI creative tools
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRMs
- Basic website editing experience (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, landing page builders)
- Previous experience working with a marketing agency
- Understanding of paid ads and lead generation
