Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and Social Media Specialist to build and maintain our online presence, primarily focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role will involve managing and growing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and strategically driving brand visibility.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience in web design, as they will also be responsible for revamping our website to align with current marketing goals. Additionally, the Marketing and Social Media Specialist will respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by an increase in sales directly related to social media engagement and RFP wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to grow our social media following and drive brand awareness.
  • Website Revamp: Redesign and update the website as needed to ensure it reflects our brand’s goals and supports our marketing strategies.
  • Responding to RFPs: Identify relevant RFPs and lead the proposal response process to secure new projects, working closely with management to align with business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Campaigns: Produce high-quality content and digital marketing campaigns to promote our services across various platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Analyze social media metrics and market trends to refine strategies that increase engagement and lead generation.

Success Metrics: The primary measure of success in this role will be an increase in sales resulting from social media efforts and successful RFP responses.

Skills And Qualifications
