Purpose of the Role: The Marketing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently by managing procurement, reconciling invoices, tracking budgets, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile all marketing-related invoices against approved purchase orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Track marketing expenditure and maintain up-to-date budget records.
- Raise purchase orders for marketing campaigns, merchandise, events, sponsor ships, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate supplier quotations, track orders, follow up on timelines, and manage supplier relationships.
- Track marketing projects and campaign deliverables, maintain status trackers, and provide regular updates.
- Schedule meetings, compile notes, track action items, and assist with event coordination and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing merchandise and promotional materials, conduct stock takes, audit inventory, and recommend replenishment.
- Coordinate distribution of branded merchandise across regions and events.
- Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and filing systems; compile reports and documentation; support ad‑hoc administrative requirements.

- Purchase orders processed within agreed turnaround times.
