Digital Marketing Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a strong background working within reputable marketing agencies, managing high-profile brands and campaigns, while maintaining excellent client relationships and driving business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
● Lead client communications, meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
● Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.
● Proactively approach potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
● Generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
● Collaborate with leadership on business development strategies and growth initiatives.
● Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closing processes.
● Monitor account performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, or similar client-facing role within a marketing or advertising agency.
● Proven experience working with recognized brands and large-scale marketing campaigns.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content, social media, and performance marketing services.
● Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development, or sales-related activities.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build trust and close deals.
● Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
● Fluent English is required.
Preferred
● Existing network of business contacts and decision-makers.
● Experience working with regional or international brands.
