Molenaar is seeking a skilled, experienced, and driven Red Seal Qualified Fitter to join our Assembly Division. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and site environment and is willing to travel internationally for installations and projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in workmanship, leads by example, and is committed to delivering world-class mechanical assembly and installation services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly and industrial equipment installation
- Strong leadership and Customer facing skills
- Willingness to travel local/internationally for work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of industrial equipment and machinery
- On-site installations locally and internationally
- Fault finding, problem-solving, and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
- Mentoring and guiding apprentices and junior artisans
Key

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional representation of the company on site
