Job Overview
Cape Porpoise Kitchen is seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our Store and Deli operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail store and/or Deli management.

Responsibilities
– Manage and oversee daily store and deli operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory

-Take catering orders and supervise with BOH the completion of that order.
– Train and develop deli staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold food safety standards
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
– Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

Skills
– Experience in retail management, restaurant ,catering, or related field
– Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
– Proficiency in food handling procedures and sanitation standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per month
