Requirements:
- A tertiary degree with experience in strategy consulting
- Design experience in PowerPoint is critical
- Use of generative AI tools
- Experience in strategy tools, frameworks, and execution
- Strong research, analysis, and strategic insights capabilities
- Project management expertise, with experience leading complex projects
- Proven ability to craft strategy and drive innovation
- Experience engaging with senior leaders and executives
- Business school experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategy and innovation projects across multiple sectors
- Engage with senior clients, providing high-impact strategic insights
- Conduct deep research and analysis to inform strategy development
- Develop strategy outputs from strategy sessions
- Create strategy reports, implementation dashboards, and actionable insights
- Prepare world-class presentations for the CEO and senior leadership
- Organize and drive innovation projects, hackathons, and design thinking initiatives
- Ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Bring a proactive and creative approach to strategy design and outputs
