SUMMARY:
This detail-oriented Management Accountant role is focused on driving financial insight and control across a diverse property portfolio.
POSITION INFO:
This growing property business offers exposure to a multi-asset environment where finance partners closely with operations. The role is key in delivering accurate reporting and supporting decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor property income, expenses, and performance
- Perform journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Track cash flow and financial performance
- Support audit and compliance processes
- Work closely with property managers on cost control
- Analyse utilities, recoveries, and billing accuracy
Job Experience & Skills:
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience, ideally within property
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Solid understanding of management reporting
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset
