Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in New Cairo for a Mall Manager. The Mall Manager will oversee daily operations, manage tenant relationships, ensure smooth business operations, and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and profitability. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with various teams, implementing operational policies, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and overseeing maintenance, safety, and security measures for the property.
Qualifications
- Experience with Business Planning and Budgeting
- Strong Operations Management skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse departments and adapt to dynamic situations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with commercial or retail real estate management is an advantage
- Experience +10 years handling commercial buildings & Malls.
- Ensure tenants comply with lease agreements and mall policies
- Supervise day-to-day mall operations (cleaning, security, maintenance)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
