A leading FMCG company is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Section Head/Manager to lead the maintenance operations. The successful candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety and industrial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for all plant equipment and utilities.
- Manage mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, boilers, compressors, and production line maintenance.
- Minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure effective spare parts management.
- Supervise and develop maintenance teams, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, occupational health & safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and maintenance costs.
- Support production targets during seasonal operations and peak production periods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of maintenance experience within food manufacturing, preferably frozen vegetables/fruits or FMCG.
- Strong experience in refrigeration systems, IQF lines, utilities, and automated production equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
- Good command of English and computer skills.

- Employment Type: Full-time
