Role Description
The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the 3MH Industries facility in Beni Suef. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for production equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and managing maintenance and repair work. The Maintenance Manager will monitor maintenance-related KPIs, maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement. The role also involves managing maintenance budgets, coordinating with external service providers, and supporting equipment upgrades and installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Supervisory Skills with proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial production lines.
- Solid background in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management, including planning and execution of maintenance programs.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in high-volume production facilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices for equipment reliability and uptime.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer applications.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
