We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure system uptime, reliability, and efficient maintenance operations in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive & corrective maintenance
- Ensure system availability and performance
- Lead maintenance team and daily operations
- Monitor SLA/KPI compliance
- Handle technical issues and root cause analysis
- Manage vendors, contracts, and assets
- Improve processes and reduce downtime

- On-site / customer premises
- Location: Sheikh Zayed
- Lead maintenance operations and teams
- Ensure continuous service delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- 8–10+ years experience in maintenance
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Experience in industrial/production environments
- Strong SLA/KPI and leadership skills
