Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual to join us as a Maintenance Leader – Finishing. The successful candidate will be someone who can apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process/production line.
  • Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, etc.
  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line.
  • Working site management and be responsible for safety.
  • WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate in WCM pillar activity.

We believe you have

  • Bachelors' degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 03-05 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Prior hands-on experience with WCM applications and its knowledge base.
  • Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs along with maintenance procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
