Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week (includes 1 weekend day + 4 weekdays)
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do
Maintenance & Repairs
- Tackle daily repair and maintenance tasks across the park
- Troubleshoot and manage HVAC, electrical, and facility systems
- Keep ahead of issues with regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Facility Operations
- Handle painting, drywall, minor plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping
- Maintain tools and equipment with care and safety in mind
- Power wash exteriors and assist with general park cleanliness
Safety & Support
- Uphold safety protocols and respond to urgent issues quickly
- Support additional park locations if needed (travel may be required)
- Collaborate with leadership on supply needs, projects, and improvements
What You Bring
- Solid experience in HVAC, general maintenance, and facility repair
- A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they grow

Schedule & Hours
- 5 days/week (1 weekend day + 4 weekdays)
- 8-hour shifts (some evenings/weekends as needed)
