Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through various maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of quality.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Conduct residential painting, flooring, and work ordered tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and plumbing
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead small teams and work independently effectively.
- A background in residential painting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Customer service experience will enhance your ability to interact positively with clients.
