About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations across our fully integrated and automated poultry business, including:
* Commercial Layer Farms
* Broiler Farms
* Automated Feedmill
* Poultry Processing Plant / Abattoir
* Utilities & Infrastructure
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, automation, troubleshooting, and managing technical teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience in EC poultry systems, automated feeding systems, ventilation, generators, refrigeration, boilers, conveyors, processing equipment, and industrial utilities is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Technical Operations
* Manage all preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across farms and processing facilities.
* Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all machinery and equipment.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
* Supervise maintenance activities for:
* Automated poultry equipment
* Feedmill machinery
* Abattoir and processing equipment
* Refrigeration & cold rooms
* Electrical systems & generators
* Water systems & pumps
* Ventilation & cooling systems
* Boilers, compressors & utilities
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues efficiently.
Team Management
* Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, and contractors.
* Train technical staff on safety, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
* Allocate manpower and ensure proper shift coverage.
Planning & Reporting
* Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, spare parts records, and cost tracking.
* Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, response time, and repair costs.
* Prepare technical reports and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Spare Parts & Inventory
* Manage spare parts inventory and procurement planning.
* Ensure critical spare parts are always available to minimize downtime.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, biosecurity, and food safety requirements.
* Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
* Support audits and operational compliance requirements.

Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Electromechanical Engineering
* Industrial Maintenance
* Or related field
Experience
* Minimum 5–10 years of maintenance experience in:
* Poultry industry
* Food processing
* Feed manufacturing
* Industrial production environments
* Experience managing integrated operations is highly preferred.
