Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution. The role focuses on delivering high service levels while ensuring cost control, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory accuracy (≥98%) through stock counts and proper storage practices
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and stock control processes
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment (OTIF ≥95%)
- Plan deliveries, manage transport operations, and optimize routes
- Drive cost reduction, productivity, and minimize waste/damages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Supervise warehouse staff, performance, and training
- Maintain accurate ERP records and prepare operational reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory tools
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices
