Logistics Supervisor to lead and oversee warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring smooth manufacturing flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse and manufacturing supply operations.
- Maintain accurate stock control, implement FIFO, and manage ageing/overstock items.
- Coordinate inventory with production, procurement, and sales teams.
- Plan and optimize deliveries to reduce costs and meet production schedules.
- Lead, coach, and develop logistics staff.
- Implement warehouse systems and optimize space and resources.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in logistics/warehousing or manufacturing, including supervisory exposure.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Syspro ERP is essential.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership potential with excellent communication abilities.
