Arkas Logistics is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our growing global team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and following up ocean import operations,
- Handling the operational process from booking to cargo delivery,
- Responding to customers’ operational needs, issues, and expectations with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach,
- Maintaining active communication and relationships with customers,
- Providing proactive and up-to-date operational information to customers,
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
- Following up operational processes in cooperation with the Sales and Pricing teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding,
- Experience in USA ocean and air import operations,
- Ability to work in line with USA working hours,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment,
- Strong knowledge of shipping line systems and portals,
- Knowledge of operational processes,
- Knowledge of documentation processes,
- No travel restrictions,
Working Conditions:
- Full-time remote position.
- USA Working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. including a 1-hour break.
