EcoFlow, a global leader in portable power and renewable energy solutions, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Logistics Manager to join our team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the movement of products from suppliers to warehouses and customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare logistics reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
- Manage logistics budgets and negotiate favorable rates with service providers.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, renewable energy, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations.
- Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation networks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
