What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the movement, allocation and maintenance of all plant and equipment.
- Support team and operations coordination.
- Maintain order and safety in warehouse and yard operations.
- Assign support teams to operational sites.
- Collaborate with Site Managers.
- Generate departmental purchase orders.
- Liaise with procurement department to ensure timely sourcing of materials.
- Reporting of equipment breakdown.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Liaise with external service providers.
- Conduct audits on plant.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Grade 12
- Drivers license
- Knowledge of basic Logistics Principals
- Warehouse /Logistics experience
- 3+ years’ experience within an administrative role
- Computer literate and proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Time Management, organising and planning
- Communication Skills in English (Verbal, Non-verbal & Written)
- Attention to detail
