Location: Durban, South Africa – Office
Summary
The Warehouse Associate ensures proper procedures are completed with shipping/receiving of ATM’s spare parts by performing the following duties.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Quality check ATM’s being shipped and prepare ATM’s spare parts for shipping, including packaging according to NCR standards.
- Arrange the time and date product will be ready to ship with the various freight companies.
- Physical handling of inventory (inbound and outbound).
- Verify all documentation is properly completed when shipments are picked up by freight company.
- Properly check in inbound ATM’s spare parts and other products.
- Turn in all documentation to be scanned and sent.
- Clear floor space as needed.
- Perform complete cycle counts as needed.
- Internal customer and suppliers' liaison as well as system data updating and inventory activities' reports maintenance
- Overtime will be required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to function successfully in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
