- Control Trip Director and ensure compliance with incoming vehicles
- Book vehicles with Trans Nova for the following days loading
- Monitor and control all Logistics Forklifts Services and Maintenance.
- Ensure all Logistics Forklift Drivers licences are current and training is up to date
- Process all month end stock counts into Oracle
- Capture and invoice shuttle truck orders into Oracle
- Flag POD’s back into Oracle with Jungle loads ex Maitland
- Internal Requisitions – generate into Oracle system, print picking slip and thereafter print delivery note
- Receipt RMA’s into Oracle
- Capture daily transporter loads onto excel spreadsheet
- GRV logistic invoices into Oracle once PO has been raised, job completed and authorized by Logistics Manager
- Process all free stock and donation orders for Jungle Oats
- Capturing and invoicing of by-products received from the factory
Submit invoices to shared services for processing and payment
