Brief Job Description
- Clearly communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to solve problems, ability to manage multiple tasks, track orders, and prioritize urgent items, orders;
- Proactively identifying & resolving potential delays to maintain project timelines;
- Facilitate the interface between Vendors and Saipem Functions (technical, accounting) involved in the supply chain activities;
- Ensure timely availability of suitable shipping documentation to allow the shipping and transportation of the purchased materials;
- Guarantee exhaustive and punctual updating of Order Management System.
Special Qualities Or Experience Required
- curious and proactive approach in facing new tasks;
- attitude to analytic approach and problem solving;
- good communication skills and relational skills;
- good knowledge of English language both written and spoken;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Share Point, etc.).

- previous experience in similar post order (expediter role) or supply chain is a plus
- knowledge of SAP program is a plus
