Position: Lodge Manager
Location: Mogale Royal Gardens & Resort, Polokwane, Limpopo

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
- Ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial management, procurement, budgeting, and asset control.
- Supervise the Reception, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Bar departments.
- Lead and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
- Drive marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Management, or a related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Sound financial and administrative management experience.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality management systems.
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
