Our services include General Practice, Physiotherapy, and Biokinetics, offering thoughtful, holistic care through clear communication and hands-on guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and family medicine, including health check-ups
- Assess patient history, diagnose conditions, treat, counsel, and refer where necessary
- Manage chronic disease and pain
- Men’s and Women’s Health consultations
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory results and follow-up treatment plans
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with the POPI Act
- Accurately collect and maintain patient records, medical histories, and reports
- Explain procedures and prescribed treatments clearly to patients
- Liaise with hospitals and other healthcare professionals in the community
- Promote health education in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Engage with pharmaceutical representatives and stay informed on new products
- Keep up to date with medical developments, treatments, and medications
Requirements
- Completion of residency training (essential)
- Ideally 2–3 years post community service
- Current HPCSA registration (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, and patient-focused
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate nature with a calm bedside manner
- Confident in managing common clinical presentations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with an online billing system (training provided)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Every second Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
