Locker Room Manager Jobs in Jackson, WY at The Club at 3 Creek
A Locker Room Manager is the face of the club for members and guests. We are looking for someone friendly, approachable and able to handle a variety of request and inquires. Creating an environment that facilitates a welcoming, enjoyable Club experience. Prior experience in hospitality or golf/country club setting is preferred.
Projected Work Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday 8am – 4pm shifts (40hrs per week) Seasonal FT: Mid May – Mid October 2026
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cleaning and shoe repair experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities include: Oversee the cleanliness and supply levels of the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms throughout the day. Making sure that all member and guest shoes are cleaned and placed in their respective locker. Additional responsibilities are but not limited to: stocking supplies, cleaning and shoe repairs, inventory and providing information on Club services, features and events. This individual will work closely with the operations team during major events.
It is important to note we are a “non-tipping” Club and tips are never to be accepted, unless as the result of a Caddie Loop. You may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary bonus, subject to criteria.
