Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer position located in Ibadan. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, underwriting financial agreements, originating loans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to clients, guiding them through the loan process, and addressing their financial needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Loan Origination and Loan Officer
- responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Finance and Underwriting processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and relationship building
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial compliance and regulations
- OND/HND in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage
