We are looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Strategic Influence Executive to help build LinkedIn into a serious executive growth engine across a fast-evolving ecosystem spanning:

ROLE TITLE

LinkedIn Growth & Strategic Influence Executive (Executive Office)

ROLE PURPOSE

To build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn as an executive influence, visibility, engagement, and opportunity-conversion platform for the Founder and the broader ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Executive Positioning

You will help strengthen the Founder’s LinkedIn presence as a serious platform for authority, credibility, and strategic visibility.

This includes:

  • optimizing the profile
  • aligning messaging
  • strengthening headline, About section, featured content, and profile positioning
  • ensuring consistency with strategic priorities and current initiatives

2. Thought Leadership and Content Structuring

You will transform raw ideas, notes, meetings, strategic conversations, documents, webinars, and voice notes into strong LinkedIn content.

This includes:

  • founder-led posts
  • insight posts
  • framework posts
  • carousel concepts
  • executive commentary
  • strategic event and initiative content

You must be able to convert complexity into clarity.

3. LinkedIn Growth Operations

You will support structured growth of the Founder’s LinkedIn presence and relevant ecosystem pages through disciplined execution.

This includes:

  • content planning and scheduling
  • audience engagement support
  • engagement with relevant professionals
  • tracking profile and content growth
  • maintaining consistency and quality

4. Strategic Influence and Relationship Support

You will help identify and warm up relevant professionals and institutions on LinkedIn.

This includes:

  • CEOs
  • HR leaders
  • L&D leaders
  • institutional partners
  • university leaders
  • ecosystem players
  • sponsors
  • strategic collaborators

You will help ensure LinkedIn activity contributes to real conversations and qualified opportunities.

5. Community and Group Activation

You will support the creation and moderation of high-value LinkedIn communities and discussions.

This includes:

  • LinkedIn groups
  • structured engagement prompts
  • moderation
  • member quality control
  • community activation
  • identification of warm leads and ecosystem connectors

6. Opportunity Intelligence and Follow-through

You will monitor:

  • DMs
  • comments
  • mentions
  • engagement patterns
  • strategic responses
  • warm signals from posts and conversations

You must know how to distinguish between:

  • casual engagement
  • meaningful interest
  • serious opportunity

7. Reporting and Performance Discipline

You will maintain clear reporting on:

  • profile growth
  • content performance
  • lead indicators
  • outreach support
  • engagement quality
  • opportunities surfaced

  • ability to work independently with accountability
  • confidence using spreadsheets, trackers, and structured reporting

HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • French language ability
  • bilingual communication ability
  • experience supporting a CEO, founder, executive, or consultant
  • background in B2B, consulting, education, training, or ecosystem development
  • experience in thought leadership content writing
  • experience managing communities or executive-facing communications
  • familiarity with CRM tools and opportunity tracking
