Title: High-Volume Appointment Setter (Life Insurance)
Location: Remote (Work from home) Shift: 16:00 – 01:00 (South African Standard Time) | Monday – Friday Compensation: $150 USD per week
Overview
We are a fast-paced USA-based life insurance agency looking for a relentless, high-energy Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a high-volume role requiring 400+ outbound calls per day. You will be responsible for breaking through gatekeepers, handling aggressive rebuttals, and securing appointments for our licensed agents.
Key Requirements
- MANDATORY Cold Calling Experience: You must have an extensive background in high-volume outbound cold calling. Do not apply if you do not have direct, proven cold calling experience. This is not a "learn on the job" position; we need a veteran who is comfortable with high rejection rates.
- Thick Skin: You must be able to handle "No" and aggressive hang-ups without losing momentum.
- Rebuttal Mastery: You should be skilled at navigating objections and using proven scripts to pivot the conversation back to the value proposition.
- Technical Proficiency: Professional experience using CRMs is required. Familiarity with HighLevel (GHL) or similar dialer platforms is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will be speaking exclusively with US-based prospects.
Responsibilities
- Execute 400+ outbound calls daily through our CRM/Dialer.
- Identify prospect needs and qualify them for life insurance products.
- Navigate rebuttals with confidence and persistence.
- Accurately log all call outcomes and schedule appointments in the CRM.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professional persistence throughout the 9-hour shift.
