Role Overview:
We are looking for driven, self-motivated Insurance Agents to join our expanding team in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Frees State. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, target-driven, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Provide expert advice on insurance products (life, funeral, savings, etc.)
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with FAIS and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- RE5 (advantageous or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales or insurance experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a passion for sales
- Own transport (advantageous)
