Compensation Details: We believe in protecting our team’s time. We offer a hybrid compensation structure that ensures you are paid for every hour you spend in the spa:
- $17.99/hour while performing advanced facial services.
- $10.00/hour guaranteed base for non-service hours, administrative time, and client no-shows.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of advanced facial treatments tailored to client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate customized treatment plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert recommendations for at-home skincare routines.
- Maintain precise and accurate client records (Facial Notes).
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in compliance with state board regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- License: Active State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of facial techniques and advanced modalities, including but not limited to: Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, RF (Radiofrequency), LED therapy, Microcurrent, Oxygen facials, Chemical Peelings, and extractions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and retain clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to provide precise, high-quality treatments in a luxury environment.
